Each customer must contact us by phone or by e-mail to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA)
number for any returns. If the return is made within 60 days of receipt of
the merchandise, the returned merchandise will be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee. If
the merchandise is returned after 61 days, the return will then be handled as a store credit.  All
returned merchandise must be received within 20 days of issuance of  RMA. If an item is
received more than 20 days after the RMA was issued, a store credit will be applied.

If more than one year has passed since the original purchase, the item cannot be returned.

If there is a problem with your order that was the fault of Doctor-Ink, we will take the necessary
steps to make it right.  We will be happy to reimburse the customer's ECONOMY GROUND or
US MAIL return shipping costs in the following situations, provided the customer includes
proof of the charges paid:

• The cartridge received was not what was ordered.
• The cartridge received was defective (and you have contacted us within 60 days of receipt)
• The condition of an incorrectly shipped cartridge.

Under no circumstances will Doctor-Ink reimburse any expedited shipping charges for
returned merchandise.
