All cartridges must be free of damage to be recycled.
You must have a minimum of ten (10) qualifying inkjet cartridges to
receive your payment. We only accept empties from customers within
the continuous 48 states. We do not accept toner cartridges.
First, carefully pack your cartridges to avoid damage during transit. We
recommend each cartridge should be individually wrapped, using
newspaper.

We do not accept Epson cartridges or any toner cartridges.

How do I ship empties?
Simply complete this form or call us at (877) 799-4779 and we will provide you with a shipping
label.
Note: Please do not use this shipping label more than once, this will result in a delay to your
credit or no credit on cartridges sent in.

After we receive your return, we will send you your rebate check. Please allow 7-10 business days to
process your return and mail it out. Delivery times may vary, but most customers receive their
checks within 7 business days after it is mailed.
By participating in our Recycling Program, you agree to the above terms. Any failure to comply with
these terms will result in rejection of your request, and because of processing and shipping costs
we will not send your cartridges back.
