Professional Manufacturing:
State of the art procedures have been used to
engineer our high quality toner cartridges to insure
that your cartridge will print as well as the original.

Every cartridge has been:

1. Sorting and Selecting  
Cartridges are inspected and sorted for the
manufacturing process.  Only premium cartridges
are used and all others that did not pass are sold in
the open market.

2. Cleaning and Inspecting
Premium cartridges are carefully disassembled
and cleaned.  Hoppers are filled with premium
toner,  which are technically matched to the OPCs
(drum) for optimum yields and print performance.

3. Assembly  
Our factory trained technicians assemble all
cartridges with OEM compatible components.  All
replacement components meet or exceed OEM
specifications.

4. Post Testing
EVERY cartridge is post tested, utilizing industrial
standard print tests to ensure 100% print
performance and proper cartridge assembly.

5. Packaging  
All cartridges receive a final quality inspection to
assure that our high quality standards have been
meet. Cartridges are polished, sealed and
placed in a box.

6. Quality Control
Our entire manufacturing process is constantly
monitored by a QC manager to ensure that our high
quality standards are meet.
