Clark Gray, President
Mr. Gray has over 15 years experience in the consumer products industry. His senior merchandising positions, with annual budgets that exceeded 100 million dollars annually include: Highland Superstores, Reliable Office Products (Boise Cascade), Office 1 Superstores and Montgomery Ward.

During his tenure Mr. Gray developed relationships with key executives and CEO’s of leading corporations: Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, IBM, Packard Bell, Canon USA, Epson, Micro Innovation, Compaq, Sony and Samsung.

Mr. Gray was president and co-founder of the IMAC Group, Inc. His firm specialized in developing retail marketing and logistical programs for: General Instrument/Motorola, SBC/Ameritech, Xanboo and AT&T Consumer Division. He also has a strong hardware engineering background obtained while working for Control Data Corp., an Engineering Degree from Eastern Michigan University and a B.S. Degree in International Business Administration from Ferris State University.

Paul Alpert, Vice President – New Business Development
Early in his career, Mr. Alpert served as a purchasing administrator with Fisher Body Division of General Motors Corporation (GM). After four years at GM he was given the opportunity to work in automotive industrial sales.

Mr. Alpert became one of three original founders of Creative Foam Corporation. Over the course of the next two decades his manufacturing firm brought many new industrial products & technologies to the automotive marketplace. In addition, he was responsible for developing an industrial sales organization with sales that currently exceed $100 million per year.

After selling his interest in Creative Foam Corporation, Mr. Alpert developed the southeastern sales region of the United States for Wayne Wire Fabricators and Fedewa Machining. Both manufacturers serviced the automotive, aircraft & machine tool industries. Mr. Alpert received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration while attending the University of Detroit.

Lance Walbecq, Vice President – Marketing / Sales
Mr. Walbecq has nearly 15 years experience in the computer and computer network products industry. His sales and management experience includes:

Sales & marketing for Complete Communications, Inc. a Detroit based computer network LAN and WAN integrator,

Area manager for both WESCO Distribution and Compu-Aid, Inc., where he sold telecommunication equipment products to Fortune 500 companies and large government agencies.

Mr. Walbecq has built a solid reputation in marketing technology based applications to Corporate America. He acquired his Computer Science background from Michigan State University.
